FEES OF SALE-BUY DEAL OF REAL ESTATE
THE FOLLOWING FEES ARE DUE TO THE BOTH SIDES FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF DEAL:
- Enrollment fee - 0.1% upon tax valuation of the estate.
- Local fee - 2% upon tax valuation of the estate or contract amount if it is higher than the tax evaluation.
- Notarial fee. It calculates according the following table on the base of the higher value of the certified material interest or tax valuation:

| from 50 001 to 100 000 | 318.5 + 0.2% fot the upper above 50 000 |
| above 100 000 | 418 + 0.1% fot the upper above 100 000 but not more than 3 000 |
